Recommended music videos

This is a playlist of all of the recommended music videos by other students and myself. We were asked to submit a music video which felt stood out. Various different genres and styles were suggested demonstrating alone the sheer scope and volume of music. NME and billboard gave their opinion on the top 100 music videos but because of the huge mass of videos out there will always remain so divided by opinion.

We also looked at CD album covers and brought in physical copies to give us an idea of what we liked. My group and I liked the ideas set out by Oasis' 'Standing on the Shoulder of Giants', Galiano's 'The plot thickens' and Gil Scott-Heron. Here is the 50 greatest CD album covers of all time according to shortlist and NME  these are both well respected websites visited by millions of people. However, they are just an opinion, here is a link to a pintrest site of the top 100 which is made up by ordinary people. This might give a wider view and more of a liberal opinion but they might not have the in-depth music knowledge that NME possess.
